Q. When is my rent due?
A.  Your rent is due on the first day of each month.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A.  Most of our tenants pay electronically through the tenant portal, but we also accept certified checks. We discourage the use of cash.


Q. How do I request maintenance?
A.  Maintenance requests are entered through your online portal. You can do this on your mobile device through our app. You can also text our Maintenance Manager.


Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A.  Prior to your lease being up, we will contact you to discuss whether you are interested in renewing.


Q. I am moving out, when will I get my deposit back?
A.  All move-out dispositions are completed and mailed within 21 days after move-out.
