Q. There are several Property Management companies. Why choose RentLucky?
A. Because we provide the highest, personal level of service at a very reasonable price. The most important part of property management is finding the best tenant for you. Our entire screening process it conducted in person by Patrick, our owner, and CEO. Once we have the best possible tenant, our experienced staff handle every step along the way.
Q. How quickly will you be able to get my property rented?
A. We typically have a new tenant screened and ready to move in before the property is vacated. With our in-house maintenance team, we can get properties turned around very fast, typically within 3-4 days.
Q. How will you screen my tenant?
A. At RentLucky, tenant screening is not administrative, but an executive task. Our owner and CEO screens every applicant personally and thoroughly. This way you avoid problems down the road.
Q. How do you handle repairs?
A. We have an experienced in-house maintenance team for quick and reliable response to maintenance requests or property upgrades & remodels. Our tenants use a mobile app to place maintenance requests. For any repairs other than very small routine fixes and emergencies we get your approval first.
Q. Can I do my own repairs?

A. Yes, we do that all the time. We understand what improvements are most cost-effective to get your property rented quickly at a maximum price.
Q. When do I get my rental proceeds?
A. We payout rents to owners twice per month once the funds have cleared.
Q. How do I stay informed about what’s going on with my property?
A. Your mobile app provides you real-time access 24/7 to financial information. For anything above and beyond you have the cell phone numbers of the RentLucky team members.
Q. What if my tenant doesn’t pay?
A. We engage very quickly on delinquent payments. If tenants have real payment issues, we connect them with support agencies where possible. We strongly believe in a quick, deep and personal engagement as opposed to just starting a legal process. In almost all cases treating tenants collaboratively and fairly serves all parties better than spending money on lawyers.
Q. What are your fees?
A. Our recurring management fees are $109 per month for properties renting below $1,500 per month and $119 per month for properties renting at $1,500 per month and above. We charge one month’s rent initially to set up a new tenant and $375 for lease renewals. In most cases, this fee structure provides a much better value than paying a percentage of the lease. Q. Do you provide additional Real Estate Services?
A. We also help our customer manage their real estate portfolios by buying and selling properties at highest service levels and with detailed local market knowledge.
Q. Do you work with foreign Investors?
A. Yes, many of our clients are international investors. We offer property management as well as purchase and sale transactions for foreign investors.
