We believe in long term relationships, and our pricing model leads to big savings over time. Our use of the latest technology allows us to provide exceptional service while keeping prices low. We have been growing fast, but we're not dropping the ball!
We charge a flat monthly management fee of just $119 per month ($109 for properties renting for less than $1,500 per month, and customized pricing available for multi-family units). Compared to the typical 8-10% of monthly rent, this means substantial savings for our clients, especially for high rent properties. Since we have an in-house maintenance team, our clients also benefit from maintenance and repair cost that are substantially lower than third party plumbers and electricians ($95 trip fee; $95 hourly charge).
However, the single biggest cost savings for a property owner is avoiding costly evictions. By screening every application personally , I know exactly who I recommend as a tenant. I don't take short cuts when finding a great tenant for you. We have extremely few evictions as a result.
